Inside, our teams are closely-knit and we make sure that the different disciplines are totally integrated with one another. We keep the level of admin and bureaucracy to a minimum - with their underlying desire to get things done, get them done right and get them done as quickly as possible.
Doing our bit for the environment is pretty important to us too; we're now carbon neutral and we aim to do as much work electronically as possible to reduce wasted paper. Of course, we've got a full recycling scheme in place in our offices too.
