Learning Agreement Part 3 Lmu

If the host institution has sent you the minutes of the recordings, send it to the Mobility Unit of the International Office (erasmusout@unive.it) as soon as possible. Once we have received the document, we will contact you to inform you of the exam recognition procedure. As it may vary from department to department, please wait for our instructions. The transformation of the tests must be carried out in accordance with the section “Recognition of study periods and abroad” on the site. The MSNE programme consists of 20 ECTS of electoral modules (usually 4 modules). A selection module can be used as a make-up module (mentor, offered during the first semester), based on past transcripts of students and discussions and preferences of student mentors. In addition, students can improve their individual profile by acquiring an optional Research Certificate of Excellence that includes 20 additional ECTS of election modules (including a required tutoring agreement) In general, all modules offered by TUM, LMU or any other university can be part of the area of choice of your program. All voters need the consent of a mentor to be part of a student`s curriculum. The MSNE Learning Agreement reports on these discussions and will develop over the course of the studies. The International Office-Mobility Unit communicates the date and procedures for signing the grant agreement.

Without them, you will not get Erasmus student status. At the end of your Erasmus mobility period, please complete the departure confirmation and have it signed at the Erasmus office of your host university. Email it to the International Office- Mobility Unit in Ca` Foscari (erasmusout@unive.it). The Erasmus programme allows students to benefit from a stay abroad at a partner university in one of the participating countries. They can take university courses and benefit from host institutions without paying additional tuition fees, while they receive a grant from the European Commission. They are fully recognized for their time abroad and for recording activities in their academic careers. After the grant agreement is signed, you will receive a mandatory online language test for all students participating in the program and must complete within 10 days of award. For more information, see erasmusplusols.eu/it/. The test does not replace the certification that may be required by your host university, unless it is indicated by the host university. During the last month of your mobility, you must take another test to track the progress of your language skills. Those who do not do both tests are not entitled to the final tranche of the subsidy. The language of the test will be the language spoken in the country where your mobility takes place.

If it is not available, you must take the test in the language of instruction at the host institution. You can carry out academic activities at Ca` Foscari from the day after the date on your departure confirmation. At the end of your mobility, you must send the confirmation form signed by the host university to erasmusout@unive.it.Once of all the documents mentioned above, they can return to normal student activity at Ca` Foscari.
