Unless the parties have written agreement, Microsoft grants the Customer, in the event of full payment, a non-exclusive, unlimited and fully paid license for Microsoft`s use, reproduction and modification (if any), work already provided as part of a service provision only in the form provided to the customer and exclusively for the customer`s internal business purposes. The license of Microsoft`s pre-existing plant is conditional on the customer`s compliance with the terms of the customer`s volume license agreement. The customer`s right to use all the consulting and support services that Microsoft (“Professional Services”) provides under the terms of the product is subject to the customer`s volume license agreement and (2) to any Microsoft Services master-level contract that the customer may have at the time of purchase. In the event of a conflict, the most up-to-date professional service agreement is monitored. If the customer`s master contract for the granting of a volume license is a version of Microsoft Business Agreement that dates back to before September 2007 or that contains no other conditions for professional services, and if the customer has not signed another Microsoft Services contract at the Master level, the following additional conditions apply to all Professional Services purchased and used by the Client. Most SA benefits are available in each product pool, as described in the table below. SA active for each qualifying product qualifies the customer for the benefits listed in the table below. Some benefits are granted on the basis of SA client expenses for a number of qualified products within a pool. To this end, “SA expenses” are not literally the actual dollars issued by the customer, but are similar to what the customer spent on SA coverage for these products in connection with its Select or Enterprise registration, Select Plus registration or open agreement (z.B. Purchases SA and the SA component of the purchases of L-SA).

For customers under subscription programs, this is a reconciliation to the amount of dollars spent by the customer for licensing these products as part of their registration or agreement. Other benefits are membership of the SA; Membership in the SA for the corresponding product pool qualifies the customer for these benefits. The customer`s access and rights to the use of its SA benefits usually expire after the expiry of its protection, unless otherwise stated in the product entries. Benefits can change and can be discontinued at any time without notice. The availability of benefits varies depending on the program, region, completion options and language. The terms of SA`s renewal under the same programming agreement that originally commissioned it include the customer`s volume licensing agreements. Customers can renew their SA without having to order a license at the same time as long as its coverage has not expired. In addition, the following conditions apply to certain programs as follows: licenses purchased later for the same non-deliverable product within the same registration period under an Enterprise or Enterprise subscription contract, a free-value subscription or registration for educational solutions are also qualifying licenses for licensing purposes as part of the true-up process envisaged by the customer. Product coverage under subscription contracts must be continuous. When SA coverage on the qualifying license expires, the customer can purchase SA for the same version and edition of the product under the Migration license without having to acquire new separate licenses beforehand. This option does not apply to customers who purchase licenses through subscription programs (for example.B. corporate subscription contracts or free-value subscription agreements).
